The emergency operator hotline is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The centre is based right here in the UK in the town of Basingstoke. Emergency calls are answered within 3-4 rings.

Customer service calls are answered when a real operator takes your call. We do not operate like other companies that connect your call and keep you hanging on with, press 1 for this 5 for that while you pay for the call. You only pay for the call when we speak to you.
