How it works

There are 2 parts to this product, firstly the medical ID tag or bracelet. This is engraved with your brief medical information, for example “ I Have Diabetes” “ Nut Allergy” etc. this alerts paramedics what may be the problem should you collapse in the street. (an engraving voucher is included in the pack) The second part is the 24/7 emergency operator service which is linked to the key fob and membership card that is sent to you once you have completed your membership form and returned it to the membership team. The operators liase with the police notifying them of who to contact in an emergency, plus also passing on any detailed medical information you have provided.
